Bluegrass Allergy Care respects your privacy and the purpose for which our website visitors provide us information. We only share personal information with 3rd parties for the purposes of your personal medical care. This may include, but is not limited to, your insurance company or another doctor of whom you are a patient. Non-personally-identifiable information about your visit to our site is collected by 3rd parties for the purpose of finding why people visit our website and what we can do to make it better for our visitors.

Information you supply

Google Conversion Tracking
